From time to time, Canada geese fly over my house in Kansas. I usually hear them before I see them. Their trumpeting honks never cease to thrill, and their perfect V formations never cease to fascinate.
Grand geese is a mainstream, 5-7-5 haiku inspired by these amazing creatures.
