"Heaven" by Janet Shell Anderson appeared in Daily Science Fiction on March 25, 2013. "After they die, murderers from earth wind up spending eternity on Kepler 22b, a lush blue planet where spring never ends."
Ms. Anderson's premise is interesting, even fascinating. I only wish she would have explained why murderers are sent to a kind of heaven instead of a kind of hell; the story was otherwise beautifully written, but due to this glaring flaw, I can only justify 3 out of 7 rocket-dragons.
