Review of A Greek Island by Edward Hirsch

A Greek Island by Edward Hirsch, one of the many Chancellors of the Academy of American Poets, was offered by Poets.org's Poem-A-Day on April 25, 2013.  It is an erotic--most likely homoerotic-- poem that uses the word "body" literally and figuratively to mean "island."  The poet reveals in his notes that the poem was inspired by a snippet of Rimbaud.
