Review of "Belong To" by David Baker

Belong To by David Baker was offered by Poets.org's Poem-A-Day on May 2, 2013.  The poet admits in his notes that his poem is a mash-up between the old 50's song "You Belong to Me" and fragments of other ballads and poems.  "Fragments" is the operating word--I find the piece too fragmented to make any sense.
