Sonnet by Anthony Opal appeared in the March 2013 issue of
Poetry Magazine. There are some lines that rhyme, but other than meeting the 14-line requirement, I would have a tough time calling this poem a "sonnet." Religious and sexual imagery is mixed together along with some remarks about a zoo. The poem ends with a cliché that seems a little tacked on as well as tacky.
