Papyrus by Ezra Pound (1885 -1972) was offered by Poets.org's Poem-A-Day on June 1, 2013. It is in the public domain, and I reprint its entire 4-word length here:
Spring........
Too long....
Gongula.....
According to Hiroo Saga http://simplyhaiku.com/SHv3n2/reprints/Hiroo_Saga.html the poem "is only the readable top words of the first three lines of Sappho's poem dedicated to Gongula in Corophon, written on and preserved from an ancient leaf of papyrus."
