Review of "There may be chaos still around the world" by George Santayana
"There may be chaos still around the world" by George Santayana (d. 1952), a former Harvard professor, was offered by Poets.org's Poem-A-Day on November 9, 2013. A link to the poem may be found here:

The poem is a variation on a classic Shakespearean sonnet. The speaker, presumably the poet, is heedless of the harsh realities of the outside world as his inner world is so rich and engaging.
