New Poem: "Bats"

"Bats" is the latest addition to my poetic memoir, A Wave of Poetry.  The Island of We was home to enormous bats, coconut groves, and mountains with breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. As I witnessed these wonders of nature, I thought about how much my son would have liked to see them too--especially the bats.
