"Major Robert Dotson" is the next installment in the poetic memoir of my days in Indonesia. Rob was my CO and friend (we were both majors) during the deployment. Without his inspired leadership, our mission of mercy might have failed. Also, he never once complained about my snoring. He deserves this tribute, such as it is.
